Because the product are handmade, it requires 3-5 business days before they are shipped. We need time to verify, design, check the quality and pack. All orders are sent to our factory within 24 hours after the order is placed.
Most of our orders are shipped within 5 business days (processing time). More than half of our orders are shipped within 3 business days or less. Basically, we always do everything to get your order in a timely fashion.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.

WHERE OUR ITEMS ARE MADE:
It depends on your country of residence. We have 2 factories. One is in the USA and the rest one is in ASIAN. Where it's made, depends on what factory is closest to you. This way you can be certain your item is at your doorstep the fastest way possible.
NOTE: If you order different product styles it might be possible you will receive multiple packages.
Order Modifications Or Cancellation
After your order has been placed, you have 12 hours to contact our customer service and request order modifications or a cancellation. After 12 hours, your order has already been placed in production and can no longer be modified.

Please note, personalized items may be subject to a deduction from the refund amount as they cannot be restocked.

We'll arrange for a replacement item to be sent to you as soon as possible. Please do not return items to us without authorization from support first.

The timeframe in which Our Store accepts returns?
Returns must be shipped back to us within 10 days from the date your package is delivered.
Who Is Responsible for Return product?
Our Store will provide a pre-paid label for anything that was damaged, miss printed, or defective. For all other cases, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
When will you receive your refund?
Once we receive the returned product, please allow 6-10 days of business to process for you.
All returns product will be processed through our inspection department for approval/rejection.
If you are approved for a refund, please allow 3-5 business days to receive your refund once it is refunded.
We cannot accept customers' returns or exchanges if any product has been washed, worn, or over 10 days from the date your package is delivered.
